To turn your Yocan Evolve Plus XL vape pen on/off, press the power button 5 times rapidly.
When the vape battery is turned on, but no atomizer is attached, if you press the power button, it will blink 4 times.

Yocan Evolve Plus XL Manual

The first step is to charge your Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer before use.
After charging the battery, continue by powering the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer on by pressing the power button 5 times. Note: The power button is located at the middle part of the battery facing outwards and is the oblong shaped / elongated button on the vaporizer battery.
Once the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer is powered on you can begin the sterilization process. You can sterilize the coils by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds two or three times. Note: perform sterilization during the first time you receive your Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer. This will eliminate and get rid of any impurities that might have made its way to the heating chamber during the manufacturing process.
After sterilizing the coils, let the vaporizer rest and sit for about 2 – 3 minutes. After so, you can begin loading your select concentrates onto your Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer.

Loading the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer

Detach the built-in concentrate chamber found at the bottom of the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer. Simultaneously, prepare your dab tool so you can easily scoop your concentrates from the integrated concentrate chamber.
If it’s the first time you’re using your Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer, be sure to sanitize it first. Note: Follow steps for preparing the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer.
Pull the mouthpiece upwards to expose the Yocan Quad Coils.
Move the coil caps counter clockwise to expose the quad coils. Pulling the mouthpiece from the magnetic connection reveals the coils that are covered with the coil cap.
Load desired amount of concentrate onto the coil. Note: Make sure that the dab tool does not touch the coils as contact with another metal may cause the coils to break or get damaged. Simply drop the concentrates atop the post located at the middle of the Yocan Quad Coils.
Return the coil cap by winding it clockwise. Note: make sure not to overtighten the threaded connection as it could damage it and cause it to be loose altogether.
Return the mouthpiece by sliding it back to the magnetic connection and assemble the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer.

Vaping with the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer

Ensure that your Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer is completely charged, suitably sterilized, and is loaded with concentrates before you begin your vaping session.
Next, ensure that the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer is loaded and press your lips onto the mouthpiece and prepare to draw or inhale.
Press and hold the power button. When the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer starts making vapors inhale from the mouthpiece and check the vapor production.
Repeat this process as necessary or as the concentrates are fully consumed.

Maintenance of the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer

Tap the power button 5 times to power the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer on. Five more clicks will turn the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Vaporizer off.

Conduct a burn-off by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds.

3) The button on your Yocan evolve plus should now be unstuck from the battery. Test it with your fingers to see if it clicks. If still no luck the button on your ecig is probably broken internally, take it back to the shop or throw it in the bin.

How to Clean The Yocan Evolve Plus XL Coils?

The Yocan Evolve Plus XL Coil is basically the whole heating unit, and the coil is literally just a coil that you put the wax on and light up. So, how to clean the Yocan Evolve Plus XL Coil is the common troubleshoot during your use it. Here are some steps for your refer to. Related post: Yocan Evolve Plus Charging Instructions

#1 Take off The Yocan Evolve Plus XL Coil from The Vaporizer

First, what you’d want to do is to remove and separate the coil from the battery, in this case, you have to twist the threaded connections to take off the coil from the vaporizer itself.

#2 Wipe the threaded and around the atomizer

Once you’ve secured the atomizer and the coil you’d want to do a bit of wiping especially around the threaded area and around the atomizer.

#3 Soak the coil into the alcohol

Once you’re done wiping this area with a clean and dry paper towel you may now take a good amount of isopropyl alcohol and fill your empty container at least to a point where the coils can be soaked and proceed to submerge the coils into the alcohol-filled container and leave it for a couple of hours.

After the coils take an isopropyl alcohol bath you may give it a little shake which helps in ousting and dislodging those hardened build ups.

#4 Using a rubber air blower remove thickened wax

After which you may take them out of the container and dry it with your paper towel, although as a tip, using a rubber air blower also helps remove thickened wax.

#5 Leave the coil out to dry

After they’ve dried up you can use a small brush to lightly graze the coils and further remove those nasty buildups. Depending on how much material your coils have accumulated, you may repeat this process until you’re satisfied. Keep soaking your coils since steeping them in alcohol will help loosen up that wax concentrates. Once they’re cleaned, dunk them on another filled with lukewarm water and leave them out to dry, I usually leave mine for half a day.

#6 Load the coil on your battery

After drying out your coils, you may replace the parts back again for one final touch. You’d want to attach the coils to a fresh set of batteries for your burn off, this is so that you’d burn some of the chemicals that could be left on the coils.

Your coils are finally good for another run. You may be wondering what those cotton swabs and paper clips are for right? Well, aside from cleaning my Yocan coils I also clean the mouthpieces around the same time. Dab the cotton swabs onto the alcohol and wipe the inside of the mouthpiece, the paper clips are for unclogging the air holes where resin and wax could have accumulated over time.
